This Austrian schnaps is crystal clear with an extremely light bouquet which isn’t readily identifiable as pear. The taste is initially of a strong alcohol taste with only a faint hint of fruit. After a few sips the still light pear flavour comes forward. 35% ABV. My rating 7/10.
